The solution to flight reliability and safety problems is greatly connected with new construction and technology concepts concerning fail-safe aircraft components and durability,as well as onboard system redundancy and special safety systems' installation. Since early 1970s, the Institute has been assigned the lead enterprise in the industry on all aircraft operation issues.
